What is the PDR Procedure?
1
File Claim.
Have the following info available – date/time of incident and type of damage. You will be given a claim number & an adjuster will reach out to you to scope the damage.
2
Schedule Estimate.
One of our hail damage inspectors will examine your vehicle to assess its current condition and see the damage and determine if the repair is a candidate for PDR.
3
Schedule Repair.
Call Superior Dent Solutions at 844-966-HAIL or use our online form to book an appointment. We have a vehicle pick-up & drop-off service for our customers.
4
Schedule Rental.
If your insurance policy doesn’t cover a rental car, Superior can issue you a rental vehicle for as long as the dent repair process is expected to take.
5
Vehicle Check-In.
Once Superior has the go-ahead to start on your car dent repair, we use an auto-safe washable marker to circle all the dents.
6
Re-Inspection.
Superior’s repair staff looks at every dent in the car’s exterior, large or small. We determine what specific processes each dent requires.
7
Supplements.
It is common for an insurance adjuster to miss damage. A supplement refers to any additional repairs that are called for outside of the original estimate.
8
Begin Repairs.
We use specially designed paintless dent repair tools including, LED lights, rods, body picks, braces, and dent lifters to shift the exterior dents back into place.
9
QC & Detailing.
After passing a thorough Quality Control inspection, we perform basic detailing work, vacuuming and wiping down your interior and washing your windows.
