Our first step is to educate our customers. No one likes being left in the dark, especially after a traumatic experience. Our first interaction is to reassure our customers, answer any questions they might have, gather basic information, and then set up a face-to-face meeting.
Hail Damage Assessment
Next, we schedule a time to meet with the customer and their vehicle. We assess the damage and let them know what kind of repair needs to be done to restore their vehicle to its former glory. From filing a hail claim to explaining the paintless dent repair process, we are upfront and honest.
Vehicle Repair & Delivery
Once your vehicle is in our shop for repairs, we will set you up on a “vehicle status updates” text alert system. We will text you as your vehicle moves through the repair process. You can text or call us at any time if you have any questions along the way.
