Hail Claims

Superior Dent Solutions can handle your hail claim from start to finish. Every insurance company has it’s own unique set of quirks, preferences, processes, and requirements. We know them all and will always do whats the most beneficial for you and your vehicle.

Supplements

If you have already filed a claim and the insurance adjuster has given you their initial estimate, we will do our own inspection and compare it with the adjuster inspection. If we find additional damage, we submit a supplement to recover all funds needed to repair all of the damage.

Negotiations

Sometimes, insurance companies try to deny supplement requests. Unlike DRP shops, we are not obligated to sacrifice quality to satisfy the insurance company’s bottom dollar. We work for you. We will fight on your behalf until you receive every penny needed to do a 100% hail damage restoration.

Lifetime Warranty

Insurance companies like to use scare tactics to steer their customers to a DRP shop. They claim that independent shops don’t warranty their work. Sometimes, they go further and say THEY won’t warranty the work. Insurance companies don’t offer warranties; only the repair shop can provide one.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Had 2 vehicles fixed there after the last hail storm and both Steve and AJ went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. Both vehicles came back looking showroom new! They covered my deductible for each car, gave me a loaner to drive while in the shop and kept me up to date on every step of the process.
