- Your claim number. We will need that number if you have already filed a claim with your insurance company. This is the best place to start if you have not yet made a claim. Scroll down to see a list of insurance companies – click on your insurance companies logo to start filing a claim.
- Make / Model / Year of your vehicle.
- What is your deductible? Most insurance companies will require that you pay a deductible before they pay for the claim. At Superior Dent Solutions, in most cases, we will take care of the deductible for you.
- Does your policy cover a loaner? Most policies will cover the cost of a rental car while yours is the shop being repaired. If a rental is not covered, we will take care of one for you.
